sons Brian & Robert. Objective The objective of this letter is to introduce our company to your company & for you to determine if it may be mutually beneficial for us to do business together. Approximately 90 % of all our business is new Residential homes & light commercial developments. We are well versed in production paint jobs & also high end custom paint jobs. We generally target numerous price ranges in the housing market in order to avoid slow times due to market changes. This philosophy has proved very successful for us through the years not only in keeping us busy, but, also keeping all crews versatile with the ability to switch from a high end custom paint job to a production job in a moments notice whatever the market dictates. Through a recent conversation with our Sherwin Williams Rep Steve Edgar he stated that Lombardo Companies might be looking to make a change or addition to a more aggressive and versatile paint company to grow with your company. The purpose of this letter

the first Pre-painted Exterior Trim package delivered on site the Pulte
