Founded 1968 by Eston A Pickering.

Incorporated 1984 to present with sons Brian & Robert.

Objective

The objective of this letter is to introduce our company to your company & for you to determine
if it may be mutually beneficial for us to do business together. Approximately 90 % of all our
business is new Residential homes & light commercial developments. We are well versed in
production paint jobs & also high end custom paint jobs. We generally target numerous price
ranges in the housing market in order to avoid slow times due to market changes. This
philosophy has proved very successful for us through the years not only in keeping us busy, but,
also keeping all crews versatile with the ability to switch from a high end custom paint job to a
production job in a moments notice whatever the market dictates.

Experience Both current owners successfully completed apprenticeship program with union
contractor. Trained in all facets of the painting business interior, exterior. Developed & perfected
the first production scale wood finish system in the State of Michigan in conjunction with Steven
Edgar of the Sherwin Williams Company. Continued to innovate by offering the first Pre-painted
Exterior Trim package delivered on site the Pulte Home Company.

1994 to 1999 Robertson Brothers The Crossings Subdivision .

1995 to Present Moceri Companies. Carrollton Hills, Kingsridge, Cloisters, Kirklands, Hills of
Oakland, Kingspointe (service) Claremont. Ross & Barr. Bill Kropf. Bolyard Lumber Company.
